Hello friends! I hope you had a great Halloween. As I said last post, we went up to spend the evening with our granddaughter. She looked so cute but didn't really know what was going on. Next year she will have a better idea of what it's all about.
So today's card is the 7th card in our Crafting at the Lakehouse series. This card was designed by Susanne and I created it. It is such a bright, fun card.
I started by stamping the various ornaments on to a piece of Basic White cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento ink. I then coloured the ornaments using Stampin' Blends markers. The colours I used are: Fresh Freesia, Polished Pink, Pale Papaya, Bermuda Bay, Parakeet Party, Orchid Oasis, Tahitian Tide and Smoky Slate. I stamped the sentiment using Bermuda Bay ink.
I attached the stamped piece onto a piece of Tahitian Tide cardstock and then added that to a card base of Bermuda Bay.
That completes this card. It is a fairly simple card but with the bright colours, it really packs a punch. Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you enjoyed this one.
Stay well and keep creating!

Here are a few pictures from Trick or Treating. Of course a few days before Halloween my little pumpkin decided that she no longer wears hats. She used to love hats, head bands, toques but not any more...I crocheted her a super cute little wig to go with her costume but she refused to wear it. I think she was still pretty cute! Nobody got a good picture of Toby (the dog). He was dressed up as a lobster.
