Hello friends! Today's card is another creation from our Crafting at the Lake Event. It was designed by my friend Susanne using the On the Horizon Bundle. This is probably one of my favourite bundles in the January to June catalogue.
We started with a piece of Fluid 100 Watercolour Paper and our Pacific Point ink pad. We squished the ink pad to leave a puddle of ink in the lid of the ink pad. Then we used the Water Painter to pick up some of that ink and applied it to the Watercolour Paper to create a horizon and ocean. We stamped the seagulls from the On the Horizon stamp set using Pacific Point ink. Once the Watercolour Paper was dry, we attached it to a Soft Succulent card base.
We used the fence die from the bundle to cut out a fence from the Heart and Home DSP. From the same bundle, we used the grass die to cut out the grass from the New Horizons DSP. We attached the fence and grass to our scene using adhesive.
The sentiment is from the same bundle. We stamped that using Pacific Point ink on a piece of Basic White cardstock that was cut out using the Stitched Rectangles Dies. The sentiment was added to the card using dimensionals.
To complete the card, we added some Pebbles Enamel Shapes. I love these little pebbles!
Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed this card.
Stay well and keep creating!
Terry
