Hello friends! This is the last Christmas card of this year. I can't believe that the year is almost over and Christmas is going to be here in a couple of days. This will be our little granddaughter's first Christmas so it is going to be really exciting. The weather in BC has really been scary. It's been really cold and there has been so much snow. Everything has been affected. We even had a notice that there would be no mail delivery due to the cold. I believe it is supposed to warm up but of course that means more snow...
I used the Leaves of Holly Bundle again for this card but this time I used nontraditional Christmas colours.
I used a card base of Sahara Sand. On top of my card base I added another piece of Sahara Sand cardstock that I embossed using the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder.
I cut out the larger label from a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock. I added this to my card front using dimensionals. I cut out the larger holly leaves from some more Very Vanilla cardstock. I used three on this card. I cut out the detailed holly leaves from some Brushed Metallic Cardstock. I used two gold leaves and one copper. I added these detailed leaves to the solid Very Vanilla leaves and attached them to the card front just under the large label.
On another piece of Very Vanilla cardstock, I stamped my sentiment using Versamark ink. I added some Gold Embossing Powder (from the Metallics Pack) and heated it to melt. Once cooled, I cut it out using the smaller label die. I added this to the larger label using dimensionals.
I cut out the pine bough image from a piece of Basic White cardstock and added it to the card front by the top gold holly leaf.
To complete my card, I added a bow that I tied using the Natural Woven Ribbon. I added the bow to the larger label using glue dots.
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed this final Christmas card of 2022.
Stay well and keep creating!
Terry
