Love for You Dies

Hello friends! Everyone in our circle is all healthy again. I took my little angel to the library today. She loves looking at books and was super excited to see all of the books. I love that they have a special section where she can take out as many board books as she wants. As soon as we got home she pulled the books out of her bag and sat down right in the entry to read them. Pictures at the end of this blog...

Today's card is number 9 in the Crafting at the Lake series. It was designed by Susanne and uses the Love for You Dies.

I started by folding the Basic White Thick card base in half and then placed a mask from the Artistic Mix Decorative Masks set over top of it. I used Blending Brushes to add ink to the card front. I started with Mango Melody in the center and then added Flirty Flamingo to the rest of the front.

I used the dies from the Love for You Dies set to cut out three different layers of "for you". The first layer, the large shadow die, was cut out of Vellum cardstock. The second layer, the smaller shadow die, was cut out of Flirty Flamingo cardstock. The third layer, the fine line script, was cut out of Basic White cardstock with adhesive sheet attached to it. Once the layers were cut, I adhered them all together and added them to the center of the card using dimensionals.

To complete the card, I added a tiny Loose Daisy Embellishment with a tiny dot of Tombo Multipurpose adhesive between the two words.

Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed this card. It is a very simple card but the colours make it pop.

Stay well and keep creating!

Terry
